The Tesco NURTURE module is for managing pesticide lists. Environmental standards and requirements including those for product sustainability are listed in the scheme. The module has been an add-on to the GLOBALG.A.P. certificate since January 2017.

The Tesco NURTURE environmental standard set requirements for:
– using pesticides and fertilisers;
– preventing pollution;
– protecting human health;
– using energy, water, and other natural resources;
– recycling and reusing materials;
– protecting nature.
